Winter Engagement Fund - South West London NHS is funding local community and voluntary organisations to run an activity or event to support local communities to stay healthy and well during winter - and to help collect feedback from people. Small grants of up to £500 are being offered to each local community and voluntary groups.

FREE Wellbeing Workshop at Wimbledon Guild: Living well with Diabetes, Tuesday 21st November

Free Mental Health First Aid (Awareness) Training - Do you want to know more about Mental Health? Mental Health First Aid (Awareness) is a half-day Mental Health First Aid England accredited online workshop where you will learn more about common mental health issues.

• Tuesday 12th December – 9:30am to 2:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
