Patient experience library 

The Patient Experience Library is an online portal that has all the patient experience evidence, coming from national patient surveys, patient voice organisations, health charities, academic institutions, policy think tanks and more, in one place with free search and unlimited downloads.  

Customised versions enable you to create your own library for your own needs.

Living well with a Long Term Condition Workshop (In-person) 

 

A free NHS Wellbeing Workshop run by Wellbeing Practitioners from Merton Talking Therapies.

Mindful Gardening

 

Spending some time out in the gardening is said to ground us, relieve stress, and strengthen our immune systems!

 

Starting from March and going on until the end of May, Mindful Gardening sessions will happen at the Wilson Wellbeing centre! To help look after our garden space and ourselves with some quality time amongst nature outdoors!

 

Dates: Every Friday afternoon beginning March 21st (weather permitting) 

 

Time: 13:00 to 14:30 GMT 

 

Venue: The Wilson Hospital, Cranmer Road, Mitcham, CR4 4TP
(Garden is located left of the main entrance along the roadside fence!)

Coping with Stress - Online Wellbeing Workshop

 

This workshop focusses on the importance of managing stress effectively and identifying the physical and psychological impacts of stress.

 

Date: Tuesday, 25th of March

Creative Wellbeing Workshops by the Wimbledon Guild

 

Start your new year by developing healthy habits that melt away stress and lift your mood. Once you enrol, you can come to as many sessions as you like.

 

Their free guided workshops combine creative activities with self-care and relaxation. You’ll build a personal toolbox that helps you bring more of these feelings to your daily life.

 

These free workshops are open to people from Black and Asian ethnic groups, refugees and those seeking asylum. They are led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and counsellor.

 

**Sessions take place every Thursday from 12.30pm, and finish on Thursday 13th March.

 

Who can attend these workshops?

Adults aged 18+ who live, work or study in Merton and meet the criteria in the description above.

 

Where do they take place?

WG Morden, 3-4 Crown Parade, Crown Lane, Morden, SM4 5DA.
