Healthwatch Merton & One You Merton - are hosting a 1.5 hour online workshop on Thursday, December 9th between 1pm-2.30pm for Merton residents on looking after yourself physically and mentally through the festive season.
Come and learn about the healthy habits that will get you through the winter holidays, and some of the local services that you can access as a Merton resident. There will also be an opportunity (for the last 30 minutes of the workshop) to share/discuss experiences of accessing health and care services.
