Long COVID Survey - Brief Findings

 

Healthwatch Merton, along with all the other Healthwatch's across South West London, have been carrying out Long COVID insight gathering since August 2021 and have collected over 300 responses across the six boroughs.  

 

Healthwatch Merton will be releasing their Long COVID Survey snapshot report in December that will be posted to our website.

Wandsworth and Merton Post Covid Assessment Service - A GP referral is needed for this service being delivered by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.  For more information and what the service offers please Click Here

WDP Merton - provides free, confidential, and non-judgemental advice and support for Merton residents aged 18+. They also offer help to families or carers of people with alcohol and drug problems. For more information Click Here


Remote Consultations in Mental Health (Innovation in Practice) - this shared learning seminar on Wednesday, December 1st (1pm-2pm), is open to people with lived experience of using mental health services, health professionals, voluntary sector organisations and other key stakeholders.  For more information, a full list of those who can attend & to book please Click Here


Healthwatch Merton & One You Merton - are hosting a 1.5 hour online workshop on Thursday, December 9th between 1pm-2.30pm for Merton residents on looking after yourself physically and mentally through the festive season.

 

Come and learn about the healthy habits that will get you through the winter holidays, and some of the local services that you can access as a Merton resident. There will also be an opportunity (for the last 30 minutes of the workshop) to share/discuss experiences of accessing health and care services.

Have you or a loved one been shielding during the Covid-19 pandemic? - Merton Council would like to hear your experiences of shielding and the impact it has had on you, your family and the people you care for.  The 45 minute virtual sessions will be taking place on Monday December 13th at 11.30am & 6pm.
