Wellbeing Workshop: Wellbeing in Winter, Tuesday 21st February, 10 – 11.30am

Join Wimbledon Guild for this FREE workshop for Merton residents over 50. You’ll learn ways to tackle low mood and feelings of isolation during the colder months.

Fulham’s Wellbeing Fair - Saturday 18th of February, 9:30am until 11:30am at Fulham FC Training Ground, New Malden, KT3 6PT

The Fair aims to raise awareness on mental health and the services in Kingston and Merton that support the community’s wellbeing, as part of the Making Life Better Together culture change programme at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLStG).

Xyla Health & Wellbeing - are currently delivering a free NHS scheme called the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP). Type 2 diabetes represents 90% of all diabetes in patients and it’s largely caused by lifestyle factors.  The programme is delivered through 13 sessions over 9 months, to help people identified as prediabetic to reduce their weight, increase their physical activity levels and improve their diet

They are free, quick and simple to access with no waiting list.
