Carers Week (June 5-11) - is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. 

 

A number of organisations, including Carers Support Merton and Merton Mencap, are working with the council to put on a week of events recognising carers.

In this talk, experts will discuss how making small changes to your lifestyle can hugely reduce your risk of heart conditions. They’ll also look at hereditary conditions, and how best to manage them.
